Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of onegameai.com and every order placed through it. They work alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy, which are part of the same agreement. Browsing the site or placing an order means you accept all of them; if you do not, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Onegame is the trading name of RIEU PRIVATE LLC, a company based in COLUMBUS, OH. We sell Desk & Setup Accessories products online only — there is no retail counter to visit and no showroom.

2. Who may order

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the information you give us — name, delivery address, billing address and contact details — is accurate and current. We cannot deliver to an address that does not exist, and an order lost because of a wrong address entered at checkout is not a fault we can remedy.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can, using the measurements, materials and capacities stated by its maker. Photographs are illustrative: screens vary, and colour reproduction differs between devices. Where a dimension matters to you, rely on the figures in the description rather than the scale of an image. We may change, update or withdraw any listing at any time, and stock is not guaranteed until an order is accepted.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are shown on the site in US Dollars (USD) and do not include sales tax unless a listing says otherwise. Any applicable tax is calculated and displayed at checkout, with the full total shown before you confirm. We may revise prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already accepted. Obvious pricing or description errors — a decimal point in the wrong place, a specification that contradicts itself — may be corrected before an order is accepted, and where that happens you will be told and given the chance to cancel.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order placed on the site is an offer to buy. The confirmation email that follows acknowledges receipt of that offer; the contract is formed when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline an order where the item is out of stock, the payment cannot be verified, the delivery address falls outside the area we serve, or the order appears fraudulent or intended for resale in bulk.

6. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards; full card details never reach our servers. Every charge is displayed before you confirm, and there are no fees added afterwards.

7. Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and nowhere else. Standard shipping is free on every domestic order with no minimum, and there is no expedited service. Processing and transit times, cut-offs, tracking and what happens to a delayed parcel are set out in full in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, write to support@onegameai.com as quickly as possible with your order number. We will stop an order that has not yet been picked and packed. Once an order has been processed or handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, and the Refund and Returns Policy applies instead.

9. Returns and refunds

We accept returns for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and items sent in error, within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind is not a ground for return. The eligibility rules, the 72-hour window for reporting transit damage, the evidence we need and the refund timings are all set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything done under that account. Tell us at support@onegameai.com immediately if you think someone else has gained access. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms.

11. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• break any law, or use the site for a fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the site;
• scrape, crawl, copy, mirror or republish our content, images or catalogue data without written permission;
• upload or transmit malicious code of any kind;
• attempt to access an account, server or system that you are not authorised to use;
• place orders under a false identity or a payment method you are not entitled to use.

12. Intellectual property

The site as a whole, including its text, photographs, layout, graphics, logos and the arrangement of the catalogue, is owned by or licensed to Onegame and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Any other reproduction, distribution, commercial use or derivative work requires our prior written consent.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors or harmful components, and we make no warranty beyond those the law implies and does not allow to be excluded. Nothing here limits any statutory right you have as a consumer in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Onegame and RIEU PRIVATE LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from the purchase or use of a product, including loss of data, revenue, profit or business opportunity. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RIEU PRIVATE LLC, its officers and its staff against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable legal cost arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of the rights of another person.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, why we process it and who it is shared with.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The current version always sits on this page with its effective date, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised version.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Together with the policies referred to above, these Terms are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the site and your order.

19. Governing law

These Terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and of the United States, and the courts located in the State of Ohio have jurisdiction over them.
