Every Onegame parcel travels with a tracking number, and that number is emailed to you the moment the parcel is collected — usually 0-1 business days after you order. Standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Paste the number below and we will send you straight to the carrier handling it.
No tracking number to hand? Your orders, their status and their tracking links are all in your account — sign in with the e-mail you used at checkout, no password needed.
What arrives, and when
- Order confirmation — sent within minutes of checkout, carrying your order number.
- Shipping confirmation — sent when the parcel leaves us, carrying the tracking number.
- Carrier updates — the carrier adds a scan at each depot until the parcel is delivered.
If the tracking is not moving
The first scan can take up to 24 hours to appear, so a number that shows nothing on the first evening is normal. If several days pass with no movement, or the parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, check with anyone else at the address and look in the usual safe places first.
Still nothing? Write to support@onegameai.com with your order number and the tracking number, and we will open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf and come back to you with what they say.
