Products and compatibility

Will a clamp mount or riser fit my desk?
Each listing gives the clamp range, the arm length and the load the stand is rated for. Measure the thickness of your desk edge, shelf or bed rail and compare it with those numbers before ordering — if a listing does not answer your case, ask us and we will check it.

What are your desk accessories made of?
Mostly aluminium, steel, bamboo, acrylic, moulded ABS and silicone, with cloth surfaces on the mats and wrist rests. The material is stated on every product page, along with the dimensions in both inches and centimetres where the maker provides them.

How should I clean and look after them?
Wipe hard surfaces with a damp cloth and dry them straight away. Acrylic and coated metal scratch easily, so keep abrasive pads away from them. Drinkware pages say individually whether an item is dishwasher safe; when in doubt, wash by hand.

Are the products new?
Yes. Everything sold by Onegame is brand new and in its original packaging. We do not sell refurbished, returned or open-box items, and we do not offer gift wrapping.

Delivery

Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
To all 50 U.S. states, and it is free. Standard shipping costs nothing on every order inside the United States, with no minimum basket value and no expedited upgrade to buy. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot forward an order to a parcel-forwarding address abroad.

How long will it take?
Orders are processed within 0-1 business days and standard delivery then takes 2-3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not business days, and orders placed late in the afternoon start their processing the following business day.

How do I follow my parcel?
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is handed to the carrier. The first scan can take up to a day to appear, which is normal and not a sign that anything has gone wrong.

Payment and security

Which payment methods can I use?
We accept Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments (orders of $35 or more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. The options available to you appear at checkout.

Is the checkout safe?
Yes. It is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and we never store full card details on our own servers.

Returns and refunds

What can I return?
Items with a manufacturing defect, items damaged in transit, and items that are not what you ordered. Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Change of mind and personal preference are not covered, so read the measurements carefully before ordering.

My parcel arrived damaged — what now?
Tell us within 72 hours of delivery and send photos of the product, the outer box, the shipping label and the inner packaging. That is what the carrier needs to settle a claim.

How do I start a return?
Email support@onegameai.com with your order number and a description of the problem, plus photos for a damaged item. We review requests within 1-2 business days and send return instructions if the request is approved. Return postage on approved returns is paid by us.

When is my money back?
Once the returned item reaches us and has been inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to show it on a statement.
