Paying should be the least interesting part of an order. This page sets out what we take, who handles the transaction and what happens to your card details afterwards.

Who processes the payment

Transactions are handled by Shopify Payments, which operates to PCI-DSS standards. Every page of the checkout is protected by SSL/TLS encryption, and full card numbers are never written to our servers — we receive the confirmation that a payment succeeded, not the card itself.

Currency, tax and totals

All prices on the site are in US Dollars (USD). Before you confirm anything, the checkout shows the product price and any applicable sales tax as a single total. Standard shipping inside the United States is free and adds nothing to that figure. There are no handling charges, no service fees and no costs revealed after the fact.

When your card is charged

Your chosen payment method is charged when the order is placed, not when it ships. A confirmation email follows within a few minutes. If it has not arrived, check the spam or junk folder first, then write to support@onegameai.com and we will resend it.

If a payment is refused

• Check that the billing name, address and postcode match the card exactly.
• Confirm that funds or credit are available.
• Look for a block from your bank on online or out-of-state purchases.
• Try one of the other methods listed above.
